欧盟ROHS指令新增六项豁免

2009年6月11日，欧盟委员会为适应技术进步，发布委员会决议2009/443/EC，修订电子电器有害物质限制（ROHS）有关铅，汞，镉三种重金属的豁免要求。指令设备中的光耦合器的元件光电阻的镉的应用
2002/95/EC的附录中增加33-38项：
33.直径100微米的细铜线和小于直径100微米的电力变压器的焊料中的铅。
Lead in solders for the soldering of thin copper wires of 100μm diameter and less in power transformers.
34.金属陶瓷质的微调电位器中的铅含量。
Lead in cermet-based trimmer potentiometer elements.
35.2009年12月31日前专业音频
Cadmium in photoresistors for optocouplers applied in professional audio equipment until 31 December 2009.
36．2010年7月1日前直流等离子显示器中，作为阴极溅射抑制剂中的汞在第个显示器中的含量不得超过30毫克。
